SANDOZ Pribson Hotel near Golden Temple

New property. Hence clean.Good food.

Linen should be changed after every checkout. They didn’t do it. Gladly changed the linen once requested by us.

Good facilities, good location, near to Golden Temple Would rate this hotel at least 4 star

Speed of service in restaurant

Centrally situated, friendly staff. We wanted some food that was not listed on the room service menu, but the staff was kind enough to help us organise and send it through. Owner/manager of the hotel personally assisted to drop us off at the airport on our way back. Pleasant stay with the property, value for money.

Not enough potable water for the room. Sheets were clean, but not newly/freshly laundered.

Front desk was very helpful.

Housekeeping staff was nowhere near the expectations . Really Bad service !. Cleaning was not upto the mark. Towels were dirty. Room cleaning was not done on the time when we went outside the hotel we instructed to clean our rooms . We came back almost 4 hours after having our lunch and found that the room cleaning was not done till then. We kept waiting outside our rooms.

Very comfortable, the owner and staff made extra effort in providing us with the best service It was perfect stay for our visit to Golden Temple.

No Hot water, Floor was dirty. No Wi-Fi. NO cable tv. Extremely rude staff. No greetings. Horrible dinner, made me sick for 3 days. Never ever book again.
