Friendly and welcoming staff.

Location was fine with good views over gardens and pool. Rooms could be very nice with proper management and maintenance - a missed opportunity.

Very, very far to get from car park to accommodation with luggage. Lots of maintenance and housekeeping problems in the rooms - room and patio door handles completely loose or broken in numerous rooms, ants everywhere in rooms and bathrooms, kettle supplied but no wall plug for it except moving it to bedside table, broken patio furniture etc. Property geared more for functions - we stayed 2 nights with a function each night. First night's function extremely noisy. We had people knocking on the room door and trying to open it at 22h30, so with broken door handle did not feel safe.

When we checked in the room, it was not ready. We came back three hours later. Still the room was not ready and the TV was not working. We had to wait for a further hour while they were trying to fix the TV. The fridge was not cold enough. There were only two towels provided for small people without considering big bodied people. The room we booked said that it was wheelchair accessible but was given a room up the stairs.
