ASANTE MOUNTAIN LODGE

The place was beautiful and the stuff friendly we enjoyed it,the breakfast was the best 👌

My problem was the towels and sheets were not changed everyday

Staff did not expect us, booking in was delayed. Broken tiles.

They did try to fix the mistake however it was too late

The communication, I booked through booking.com and ask the room next or closer to the gate sides, the team were not prepared as the was no electricity and they didn’t have my booking s, they did put me into a 5C room. Later on they move me into 1A and I was alone by then. Also was no communication about meals the ladies to come to my room to tell me that I have to pay for dinner instead of waiting and tell me during breakfast or during my check out

The facilities are beautiful

Management must pay attention to issues raised on reviews. All issues i read about on reviews were not attended to, e.g., no intercom at the gate, the number on the gate not being answered, location take us to the wrong place, etc. Staff are also ignoring the cleanliness

The place was good. The only problem was how to access the place. The GPS ends from the main road and could not proceed to where the place was.
