The location is a dream. You can relax all day in the hammock or at the beach or you can plunge into the waves. They also offer tours and turtle liberation

The food could be more varied. The mattress was pretty hard.

"A unique and remote experience of the best of Colombia"

A very rural and special location - you really feel off the beaten track here. It’s certainly not luxury but you have everything that you need Elias and William who manage the place were extremely friendly and welcoming - Elias greets you with a coffee the second you wake up and both went out of their way to help us despite us barely speaking a word of the same language. They also helped us with a whale tour and seeing turtles

Not a dislike - but be warned that you have to take a cross country motor taxi across small wooden bridges and the beach to get there, and only at certain times depending on the tides. It was quite a fun and thrilling part of the experience but not for everyone You’re also lucky if you get a spot of internet - none of these are the fault of the hotel but just something to be aware of

This place changed a lot in a few months.. it totally lost its vibes. Totally overpriced. Average food.

"Amazing hotel on the beach with natural wonders everywhere! Highly recommended!"

The location is amazing, right on the beach and away from the city. We got to see a whale jumping from the hotel and also a turtle giving birth(!). The liberation of the baby turtles is also next to the hotel. The staff is also super attentive and friendly. We loved our stay!

- the location: beautiful, peaceful and quiet. - friendly staff - our room was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view!

- As an eco hotel it would be nice to have a waterfilter to refill water bottles. Now we had to keep buying small bottles all the time which felt a bit wrong. - because of the tides you have to leave at 6am if you want to get anywhere before noon, the hotel can’t do anything about this, but it’s something to keep in mind when planning your trip.
