"Perfect hotel to stay in"

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Srinagar, Kashmir.

Please do not choose this hotel as it is not safe as this hotel is located out of Indian army limit.If you book this hotel for long stay and later if you want to cancel you will be charged for all days.Even though it is mentioned 50% Charge to be paid on cancellation they will charge full amount.Also it is mentioned in the site that cab pick up and drop facility is available from hotel side,If you want to avail that facility they will ask to pay 1500rs for 12KM distance from Airport.Overall if you want your money to be looted please choose this hotel.If anyone still want to stay in this hotel please book just for one day and later you will only decide whether to stay or check-out.Very worst experience of my life!!!!

"Poor"

I selected this place because of a review stating that their heater is good. It was the worst, they basically have a airconditioner at 32degree for a large room which means that only certain part of the room has some heat air and as a result it was extremely cold and we had to request for additional blankets. The bedsheets was not washed, you could literally see the stains in the sheets and towels. We were reluctant to ask for additional blankets but obviously we didn't have a choice The service is slow but atleast it was responding.

"Superb"

Heater of the rooms were quite good, blankets are quite huge which covers you from cold, staff is superb and cooperative..
