Very helpful staff, willing to organise trips to wherever you want (gulmarg, floating market etc.), always an english speaker available. I got full control over the heater, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and always had hot water. The location was good, I could walk to every major attraction without problems, many restaurants and shops nearby. During the day there are normal indian traffic noises but during the night it was completely quiet. I was very happy with my choice

The wifi is a bit unreliable.
