Strattons

The four of us stayed at Strattons last Friday. The accommodation is spacious,stylish,clean and centrally positioned in Swaffham. We can thoroughly recommend it. Shame that we had just one night.

We liked everything about our stay. The accommodation was fabulous and we loved the location. It's right in the heart of the town and the building and gardens are stunning. I could have stayed in the shower all day! The kitchen and dining areas were lovely. Ness was welcoming, generous, caring and a thoroughly lovely person.

If we had to be picky the wifi was a bit wobbly and the TV choice was a bit restricted. We knew before we booked that a cooked breakfast wasn't included but Strattons did make provision for us to have something for breakfast, if we wanted it. We would thoroughly recommend it and it will be our first choice when we have to return to Swaffam.

Stayed in an absolutely beautiful studio apartment. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. Terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with homemade muffins left daily along with fresh fruit. Milk and yoghurt supplied. The piece de resistance, being the sliding door from the bath to the bedroom.

Our stay was perfect! We read the reviews and we were not disappointed. The hotel is a little oasis of beauty, set in a little market town. Everything about the room, facilities and owners was perfect. We are already thinking about our next visit

Nothing about the venue, it was perfect

Great stay here the room was lovely, bed super comfortable and it was fab to have a fridge, access to outside seating and an early check in. What made it for us was the staff going the extra mile to look after us.

We stayed in a separate annex which was on a split level with a shaded private patio . Nice, quirky furnishings and plenty of room . They provided a few breakfast treats for the morning. I wouldn’t say this was a hotel. As far as we could tell the only accommodation was in separate outbuildings and no reception or facilities as such .

Would have been nice to have the facilities of a small restaurant serving breakfast . But we were aware this was not an option before booking . One little thing, a couple of coat hangers in the room would be very helpful .

Quirky decor, and the staff very friendly

Lighting for my wife’s hair and makeup, no electric socket near the main mirror, but if you take a adaptor you can use your straighteners in the bathroom,
