We practically couldn’t rest at all. The walls are so thin that you can hear even the sound of a glass being placed on a table from neighboring rooms, and when people walk in the room above or in the hallway with wheeled suitcases, the whole building shakes. On Christmas night, the guests in the neighboring room kept us awake all night — it was complete chaos. They were fighting physically and shouting whole night. We called reception, and even though they came up three times, they still couldn’t calm them down. Out of the four days, we were barely able to sleep on almost any night because of the noise from the neighbors — in other words, we couldn’t rest at all!!! There was a very strong smell in the room; we aired it out every day, but it never went away!!! There was no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or shampoo, which is very surprising for a 4-star hotel. In short, this is a very low-quality hotel, and I do not recommend staying here. The staff are friendly and polite — I can’t say anything bad about them.

Нам не понравилось обслуживание , уборка номеров отсуавсвал вообще . И под канец с нас брали деньги за то щто полотенца била грязная Мало таго Что они не меняли полотенца 3 дня .

Die Lage war der einzige Pluspunkt

An dem Hotel hat mir sehr vieles nicht gefallen. Wir sind um 16:00 Uhr angekommen, obwohl das Zimmer laut Angaben ab 15:00 Uhr bezugsfertig sein sollte. Das Bett war nicht vollständig bezogen, und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher haben wir erst gegen 21:00 Uhr erhalten. Bis das alles erledigt war, mussten wir etwa fünf Stunden warten. Als wir danach ins Zimmer kamen, waren die Kopfkissen nass. Die Bettwäsche wurde lediglich ins Zimmer gebracht, den Rest mussten wir selbst beziehen. Außerdem gab es keine Handtücher bei der Ankunft. Wünsche oder Anliegen, die man äußert, wurden ignoriert. Der Parkplatz war voller Schnee, es gab keinen Räumdienst, was sehr gefährlich war. Wenn man den Pool- oder Saunabereich nutzen möchte, muss man eine Kopfhaube kaufen. Darauf wird jedoch nirgendwo hingewiesen, sondern erst, wenn man bereits dort steht. All diese Punkte haben unseren Urlaub leider zu einer großen Enttäuschung gemacht. Der einzige positive Punkt war die Lage.
