The bathroom has no handheld bidet sprayer which we suffered its absence The big bed in the room was too small single beds beside each other which was not comfortable for me

The location.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The receptionist can't speak any language other than Georgian. Instead of helping us, the receptionist was giving us a hard time. The housekeeping team is even worse than the receptionist. They just vacuumed the room, and that was all for the room cleaning. I had to call them back ask to change bedding, clean the bathroom, etc. Horrible experience.

The location was good, the staff was polite.

The sofa bed was absolutely terrible! There was no chance to sleep on it since you basically lay on the iron strings as there is mattress missing. The main bed was also super uncomfortable. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and you could notice some hair there.
