Everything Really, I mean it. I order a room with spa service. No spa was in that period. I order a room with view. My view was to the floor and everything was dirty. I didnt see anyone in this hotel (like im the only one stupid order room here) The rooms were looking like its someone's house (not in the good side) Dirty and not careful rooms. Btw , its not looking like hotel , its looking like apartments, 2 reasons for this 1. Because there was like 50-60 rooms in every floor. 2. There were alot of signs on the windows "for rent" Anyway its waayyyyyyy not like they are saying in the description in booking. And yeah , I didnt stay in this "hotel" I asked for refund (they gave) And went to search other hotel.

"Все сломано, нет плинтусов, сломан стол, очень холодно 🥶"

Примерно ничего.

Очень холодно, грязно, плесень, все сломанное. У нас в номере был сломан и заклеен стол, не было плинтуса была просто дыра, из стены торчали провода, и был адский холод. В отеле было занято 5-7 номеров, он абсолютно пустой, зачем нужно было давать самый разбитый номер??? Он объективно не готов для проживания. По просьбе нам конечно принесли масляный обогреватель но вопрос, почему бы не предложить его сразу? Если вы знаете что в отеле адский холод и сами стоите в куртках. Это очень неприятно. Номер в итоге грелся часа полтора, и ночью было холодно. Даже поспать не удалось. Ванные комнаты тоже ледяные, я заболела после того как после душа прошлась по ледяной плитке. К тому же номер грязный. На ресепшене на вопрос «как вам, понравилось?» я вежливо описала и показала фото всего, что было грязно и сломано в номере. Они в ответ просто промолчали, даже не извинились. Все впечатление о Бакуриани испорчено, больше ни ногой. И вообще это худший отель в котором я когда либо останавливалась

Классный отель мы брали номер с двумя спальнями, нам очень понравилось, рядом лесок для прогулки , и катание на лошадях и багах
