Clean and cheap perfect location and had our room ready early for us

We didn’t the hotel has bed bugs we had to book another hotel after the first night when realising. Mattress are filthy and bed frames mouldy

Location was amazing, clean, the bed was so comfy! Good nights sleep all round.

The couple that ran it were lovely, they had only took over a month ago and were trying their best. The room was small but clean. The small fridge was a brilliant addition to the room.

It was advertised with breakfast but there wasn't it was a continental which if I'd have known I wouldn't have booked it. Even though the room was clean there was a bit of a problem with it not being level. We booked for 10 days but we left after 5, booking.com should really update their website and state that it isn't a cooked breakfast, it is very misleading.

Excellent location. Quiet and within easy walking distance of Blackpool Centre. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Quite cramped in the family room but to be expected in this style of accommodation in Blackpool and for the price no real complaints.

The room and the hosts was lovely and so hopefull we can't wait to come and stay again

Value for money mix up with rooms so we were upgraded free of charge
