The location was very good, staff helped following any problems however where always at other hotel so nobody was in reception

The room was full of mould/damp, rust on the bathroom radiators and towel railings, 2 of 3 light bulbs where broken, TV was hanging off the wall, looked like was about to snap at any second

"Mould ridden rooms"

Location to amenities

Room 3 and 4, Mould covered showers in both rooms, filthy rooms, water coming through bedroom ceiling from old water damaged hole, remedy was to be handed a bin to catch the water, health risks due to black mould for a child with asthma and adult with heart and health issues

"Due to location/value for money and friendly staff, will probably book again next year."

The location, just behind Coral Island, makes it ideal for any holiday based around The Tower.

The bathroom was a touch on the snug side, certainly not a deal breaker but it was noticeable.
