Staff were lovely. Great location just behind Coral Island and by Central Pier.

Everything was brilliant and close to the town, the owner was so friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Location was the only good thing I could say

Everything. It was filthy black mould in the bedrooms. Shower was filthy with black mould, there was even black mould on the tiles. Furniture was dropping to bits. Fridge was deplorable stale milk it stunk. Needs new photos as that does not reflect the actual state of the place and it's false advertising. 4star please do not believe. It is the worst ever place I have stayed in my life. Breakfast not appetising at all. Other raving reviews please don't believe them, they must have been staying at a totally different place to us. To be fair I think it would be closed down by environmental health as black mould is dangerous to any one with health conditions. We left a day earlier than planned it would have been two days if we hadn't had a show booked. To be perfectly honest if we had realised what it was actually like on the first night that would have been it. He even had a memorial set up for his deceased dog with its ashes in the public bar area. That should have been for his private accommodation. I'm sorry I don't have one good thing to say about this BB apart from location .

Location was good, breakfast room was nicely laid out.

Wow where to start, on booking in we were met by a guy he didn't tell mehis name he asked my name then said "what do you want food breakfast full English or anything" he then gave me the keys to our rooms, didn't even tell me where they were, not what I was expecting. When I came down later to chat about the issues another guest said "They have gone to a wedding reception bar not open either" something else he didn't mention. cleaning in the rooms very poor. Window frames excessively dusty and mouldy artificial flowers to give the rooms a good luck well I wouldn't bother they are dirty, dusty and again have moukx spots on in some rooms. Twin room very snug bed up against the radiator so room is cold. The double room we had major issues, should be described as a small doubles as it was very snug. Our kettle has see better days, exterior dirty, spout and lid deteriorated and bits chipping off. Socket by the bed one side didn't work. Extention lead plugged into another extention lead with switches that didn't work. My major issue was the bathroom. Extractor didn't work very visable mould not only round the edges but down the wall which came off when I wiped it as I say cleaning very poor, also TV didn't work well once it had been on 10minutes tbecoyr and brightness went haywire. Even the bar area was disappointing as there were a pile of toilet rolls and other bits there all weekend. The photos advertising this B&B must be old because all except the breakfast room have been neglected, very disappointed. Breakfast was OK but bacon over cooked and all fried eggs were hard. And On leaving I mentioned a few of the issues mould etc and all he said was oh OK. Not even an apology or even that he woukld look at the room so I don't hold much hope for anyone else booking into here. I took videos of the moukdy shower and windows but am unable to upload.

The hotel itself was ok breakfast was average just need to have more option on breakfast menu because not everyone wants a fry up

The room we were in felt like you where on a slant plus the bed wasn't comfortable at all
