We had a leak in the toilet and had to use our towels to soak up the water and they weren’t replaced even though we did tell the owner

brekfast no centrel heating firss two days. Brekfast overcooked every day

Near to Winter Gardens. Friendly host, and staff. Nice breakfast, although bacon was tough on second day.

Carpet not clean in room. Toilet leaking. Both taps dripped continually. Mildew in shower. Said free toiletries but only empty dispensers in shower. Broken drawers in room. No hairdryer in room.

Excellent location. We stayed in a good sized room at the rear of the property. Very quiet overnight despite the central location. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. We’ve stayed in a few B&B type properties in Blackpool and this is our favourite.

Nothing really.

Craig was amazing and request given for breakfast the night before, nothing was a problem. Rebecca was friendly and served us with a smile and good conversation, given info about places to go etc.

The construction work tht was going on next door, but this could not be controlled by the establishment.

Good range and "swappsies"
