del cuarto la extructura del hotel, de los funcionários, muy amables, prestativos, bien educados. De la limpieza

De los alrededores del hotel, mismo que estea cerca de la plaza de armas, se encuentra en una calle llena de ambulantes completamente desorganizado, un caos!, igual a los alrededores. El desayuno tambien necesita cambiar/mejorar, podria ser "self-service", como son en hoteles del mismo nível em otros países.

La habitación era cómoda y limpia

La habitación no tenía Smart tv. El personal era un poco desorganizado, desde el primer día que pagué la estancia se me quedó debiendo un vuelto y nunca se me devolvió, al terminar la estancia quedaron en que me devolverían y a pesar de que retiradas ocasiones les solicite la devolución nunca lo hicieron, aunque no es mucho el vuelto pero la desorganización en la atención del personal no me gustó

Ambientes limpios, tal cual a las fotos en su publicidad

Que no haya una persna de forma permanente en recepción, si bien la ciudad es segura, pero cualquier persona uede ingresar al hotel sin problemas porque no hay un control permanente en puerta de ingreso
