Die zentrale Lage. Das gediegene Ambiente im Apartment und im Speisesaal.

Eine Balkontür im Apartment hat nicht richtig geschlossen und sie war verzogen. Deshalb kam Lärm von der Straße spürbar ins Schlafzimmer! Außerdem gab es lauten Baustellenlärm vom Nachbargebäude sogar in der Nacht ab Mitternacht!! Das geht gar nicht!! Hätten wir dies vorher gewusst, dass wir nicht schlafen können, hätte wir das Apartment nicht gebucht! Allerdings war der Manager sehr verständnisvoll und versprach, der Sache nachzugehen.

We had a truly seamless, comfortable, and delightful stay at the Taj. Our room was massive and beautiful; everything in the hotel was clean; we had complimentary breakfast that was absolutely delicious; and the staff was so friendly, always ensuring that everything about our experience was perfect. You should definitely check out their fabulous spa, steam room, pool area, as well as the other amazing restaurants all located in the building itself. The hotel is also conveniently located so you can easily explore the city of Cape Town. Thank you so much for an amazing experience overall!

The staff were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional.

The WiFi was slow and the tv couldn’t allow other streaming platforms.
