Crown Regency Hotel & Towers

Our booking was with buffet breakfast. Unfortunately buffet breakfast was not serve because number of pax is less than 30. We were told to choose from the plated menu but unfortunately only 4 out of 12 are available. The price for one plated meal is not fair.

What we agree or signed in the booking/ contract must be followed or fulfill.

I was having high expectations with the hotel since I have been there a couple of times before. The spa was closed and the gym was closed on a Sunday when we were there.

I wanted to go to the gym and spa but both were closed. Also, the bathroom were not as clean as before.

Facilities not available as on website, no pool as was being renovated No hot water in shower for 2nd and 3rd days in room number 2114 .no water at all on 4th day Changed room to room number 3014 , toilet not flush for remaining of stay On all accations did complained to staff with very little results ( with no results)

Convenience.

First time this happened to me in all my stays in a hotel: there were no towels provided. This is unheard of! I ordered some and it took hours to address this lack.
