"Awful customer service"

Location, other than that..none.

Towels are like 50 years old. Limited breakfast, gone by 8am. No towels provided, you have to ask which took 2 hours to arrive. Provided onlt 1 small roll of Toilet paper enough for 2 days. You have to ask for extra which took a day to arrive.

It's near to the Center, the view is great

The stuff is absolutely not interested in care the customers. 2 days we had no warm water in the bathroom.we asked room change, nobody answered.we asked fresh towels from housekeeping, after 3 hours I have to call the FO that we not got. Finally we got late check out, but that not make the stay better . Also the Gym is like a Museum, no modern Equipment.
