"The homely setup and the modern beds"

The location, the staff friendliness and the breakfast menu was worth the comeback. The currently beautiful setup even for outdoor is great. The beds were comfortable too.

The bathroom setup can do with some upgrade, there was broken top of cistern. The shower head can do with upgrade.

We had a very disappointing experience with this establishment. Despite booking our rooms well in advance, the receptionist, Ndumiso, gave them away to other guests simply because they arrived before us. He was unhelpful throughout the situation. To make matters worse, the staff refused to take responsibility and instead blamed Booking.com, showing no accountability for their mistakes. As a result, we were left without accommodation at night and had to travel over 100km outside of Empangeni and Richards Bay to find a place to stay, as everything nearby was fully booked. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if you don’t want to risk being left stranded. I will never book here again.
