Amble Inn Guest House

Verry dissappointed ,when I was 2 min away from the guest house, I reviewed a call telling me my reservation is canceled, my room is taken

Customer service, my room was given to friend, why is the guest house on sites if they say first come first serve?

The breakfast was good

Steep slope is bad for the cars

Good location, close to filling station and restaurants.

The staff was busy drinking upon our check in with some other guests in another room. Instead of assisting us when I told him the room we got wasn't what I booked he just told me that he didn't do the booking. The bathroom was dirty with a terrible smell to it. The curtain didn't close properly allowing outsiders to look in directly on the bed. Wifi was not provided, the pool was not in any condition to use. Coffee, tea and sugar were provided but no kettle or cups. Rooms were outdated and not what was advertised. Cockroaches were walking on headboard.

Breakfast.

Lack of towels. We found one dirty towel. Lack of matts around the bed. Lack of matts in the bathroom. No lace curtain. Bad quality wardrobe. Poor quality and dirty wall.
