Villa Malaika really exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully designed with some really special areas to enjoy. We loved the beachfront location, with the kind of views to enjoy that you dream about in a cold European winter! The pool was great, in a nice sheltered spot and water the perfect temperature (even for fussy kids!). Restaurants were in walking distance, and we loved staying in a genuine, Zanzibarian village. It felt very authentic and not over touristy. As a new property this felt like discovering a best kept secret, but I'm sure once word gets out Villa Malaika will be very popular. We'd definitely return.
