Utopia Eco Hotel

We booked the private bathroom/ shower room which was definitely worth the extra price. The shower was excellent and the room was very clean. The staff were great on arrival ensuring we booked onto the semuc champney tour the next day and our onward transfer was very smooth organised by them. The food they provide was lovely as well at a reasonable price, as it’s quite remote you can’t really go anywhere else unless you get a taxi but there is no need too

Notre coup de cœur du voyage. Très bel hôtel dans un cadre exceptionnel en pleine nature, hyper paisible. Le repas unique (family meal) vegan est délicieux, tout est fait maison (boissons, snacks), pour une expérience authentique. Les infrastructures (shala yoga, salon, espaces de vie) sont superbes, avec de nombreuses activités et un accès à la rivière.

Seuls bémols : propreté perfectible dans les douches et sanitaires, et l'hôtel est "cash only". Anticipé de notre côté mais peut être contraignant.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Schön abgelegen und ruhig. Veganes, aber leckeres Essen.

Wir hatten leider nicht darauf geachtet und ein Standard-Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad genommen. Das war leider ein Miniraum unter der Dachschräge und die Duschen/WC einen Stock tiefer (Backpacker-Style). Unbedingt eine Cabaña nehmen - die war super.

I had an amazing stay at Utopia. I stayed 3 nights which I'm glad I did. The location is stunning, right on the river with views overlooking the jungle. The property was also so beautiful. The staff are so lovely and helpful, especially Jake and Pia. Pia is such a gem and always thinking ahead to anticipate guests needs and going above and beyond to help. A really nice place to just spend the day and relax in between traveling and other activities. Walking distance to Semuc Champey (about 45 mins) or a shorter tuk tuk ride. Loved the option to get healthy breakfast, lunch and dinners. Also transportation to next location was extremely easy to arrange directly through hotel. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel immersed in nature.

1.第一天抵達已經晚上八點多了，結果九點半左右就停電了，一直到隔天早上快十一點才復電 2.床沒有到很乾淨

Les hôtels peuvent se faire rare dans cette région. Celui ci est une merveilleuse découverte. Attention ici on parle bien du rapport qualité prix. On a passé 3 nuits dans les chambres avec salle de bain partagée. C'était propre, les hôtes et les autres utilisateurs sont adorables et respectueux. L'organisation des sorties (Semuc Champey, Tubing) c'est très bien fait pour un budget raisonnable. Les repas unique le soir et les petits déjeuners avec cette vue. Bref que du très positifs ! Vous êtes géniaux
