Nothing at all

Staff first asked us to pay a different amount than the amount showed on the app, rooms were dirty and not ready for check in. The hotels name was completely different and the staff was rude asked me to contact customer care to cancel the booking with I tried but was unable to contact and they started pressurising to pay more which I had to eventually pay. I have been using booking.com for very long time now for multiple trips but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I might not trust anything on this app ever again.
