The shower recess in room 19 had very poor drainage.

Fabulous huge room, spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. Great aircon and fan. Friendly staff. Good location, close to centre. Breakfast was brilliant and included. Couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend, a great find.

The Hotel is beautiful, very artistic and cozy.

Well, I was pretty happy with the main employee, but the last day another employee was very rude too me just because I kindly ask her if she had a plastic bag for me and if she could open the garage door. She was not busy at all, was watching TV and she was very rude. I left the Hotel in a bad mood. I also did not like that even if I told them that after taking the shower the water on the floor goes in the entire bathroom, they did not do anything to fix this.

The staff member were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and wifi as well. Ants in the bathroom were not and locals partying outside the hotel until 2.30am. Free Drinking water is not provided by the hotel. There is a place to “get” filtered water, but it’s kept empty.

This is a great option if you are looking to stay close to the main plaza. The facility was exactly as the pictures show and even better. The breakfast is simple but very delicious. The staff were very warm and accommodating. Each room has its own WiFi so the connection is great. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable place. I came and was out most of the day so it worked for what I wanted to do.

It’s a good value for money and we found the breakfast pretty good!

Some amenities were old, and the bathroom had some unpleasant smells.
