Athena Hotel Quy Nhơn

Service was good. Room was good size and well serviced.

Very noisy music for several nights and difficult to sleep. Breakfast was very crowded and not relaxed. Food other than toast stricktly Vietnamese, nothing for western visitors. No tea drinks which we found odd from out travel thru Vietnam Interrupted by room servicing 08:30 every morning when trying to rest after noisy night. Beware the very sharp unprotected tiles on the steps in the room/shower but protected elsewhere such as a external steps?

The location was very good. All shops, cafes, restaurants are close by. It's a walking distance from the beach. There is a big square close by where kids can rent skates or bikes. The deluxe suite was really well decorated with an antique look. The bath tub near the window was a good call and a separate tv area made the room looked quite royal.

The breakfast was a little sad. Most of the juices and fruits were over when we reached at 8.30. Due to language issues, we could not explain to them the eggs we wanted.

Noise...loud thumping music until 2/3 am from nearby kept you awake .Pool is not an infinity pool. Bf was okay for locals but not so for foreigners. Lucky the waitress fried eggs for us. Take away the Greek themed grandeur and the hotel is basically over rated.

good location next to the beach and a lot of veggie food places. unique interior design. The best is really the staff working there. Though they don‘t speak English fluently they tried to help us with everything (bus tickets,..) always worrying that we feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.:)

there seems to be a club or sth in the neighbourhood, so it could get a little bit noisy until midnight, but not to blame the Hotel.
