The thermostat didn't work so too warm, cleaners using a loud vacuum next door at 11pm, have to pass storage items to get to breakfast in the basement

"Good location and clean, but it could improve"

The place was really clean and mostly quiet (except for the distant roar of the Subway tracks). I liked it was pretty big and illuminated. The location was great about a block and a half from a Subway station and several shops.

I believe the price was somewhat high considering the area. Also, they could have included some cups or glasses since they already have a fridge and counters. We had to buy disposable ones. The air conditioner (which we didn't use, because it's autumn) kept making noises during the night.
