The rooms are fantastically designed. They are spacious, well-lit and have huge windows which gives off the impression of even more space. The location is on a busy road and many major attractions are nearby. The staff and their behaviour is exceptional with guests.

Honestly, just the fact that the blue towels that they hand out are generally not the cleanest. Other than that, no complaints.

Location Staff

One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the cleanliness of the room. It was immediately apparent that the housekeeping standards were lacking. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the overall tidiness of the room left a lot to be desired. It was disappointing to see such neglect in basic cleanliness. The state of the toilet was equally disappointing. It was not just unclean; it was super dirty, and this made for an uncomfortable and unsanitary experience. A clean and well-maintained bathroom is a basic expectation for any accommodation, regardless of its price point. Adding to the discomfort, there was a guest who appeared to be intoxicated and disruptive right outside our door. This not only disrupted our peace but also raised concerns about the hotel's ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for its guests. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room didn't work well. Given the tropical climate of Bali, a functional AC is crucial for a comfortable stay. Its poor performance only added to the overall discomfort of our stay.

Value for money. Perfect location to get around.
