The property is not clean at all and has a strong smell. When I asked them to clean the room and change bed sheets it was not done.

The location was very good, near to the beach and the city.

We were in Room 303 and unfortunately we were not able to sleep in that room the first night. The room itself was relatively okay but there was a disgusting scent in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom. Due to that smell we experienced headache and stomacheache. Best of all, as we wanted to ventilate the bedroom a friendly rat visited us which resulted in a chase during the night. That was funny but for the wrong reasons. Hopefuly you are more lucky with the other rooms.

The hotel is in the middle of seminyak, very close to everything

The soundproofing is not good and you can hear every single vehicle passing through the main road under your room
