Everything you need for a short stay, perfect! Decent location

easy checkin, they stored our luggage free and without any problem. Bed clean and comfortable

dirty bathroom, shower glass covered in soap scum, no plug in the basin ( important as i have contact lenses) , the button on the toilet broken so had to stick my finger in to flush, generally dirty. the wall of the room had marks all over it

No room service unless you ask and only every second day. Very nice and clean though

Fantastic friendly staff - always willing to help and provide advice where they can. Great location and excellent value for money Close to the gym and a major supermarket (walking distance) Loads of Warung to eat out as well - all within walking distance too (loads of upmarket eateries very close as well) Room was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed (cleaned every two days)

The bathroom was a bit smelly - need to clean out the drains properly - but the staff did what they could to sort it out when I mentioned it The kitchen in the common are needs a good scrub down

The shower, I had to hold the handle or it sprayed all over the floor

perfect location, close to the beach. The pool is small but amazing, staff very friendly, beds are very comfortable.

the room was a bit dirty at our arrival (some stains on the sheets and hair all around).

I couldn’t even stay for one night. The entrance scared me with some chicken and kid sleeping on the floor. Also the bathroom was really dirty and the room full of insects. Really bad.
