"Staffs behaviour to be improved."

The location is good.

I am a senior citizen. The intercom was not working and one has to be up and down to call the staff. The room was filled with mosquitos and insects. After complaining Hit sprayed in the room followed by room freshner. TV was also not working but started working after complaining. Later it also stopped working. I left at 0830 hrs , nobody told about breakfast facility. No one was in the counter except a boy. I asked him to give my bill . He told that you will receive it online, but not yet received.
