"Worst experience ever"

I stayed at the hotel between 10-11 April 2025 as I had an early morning flight to catch. I paid a total amount of Rs.1700/- for a single room. But the experience wasn't even worth 100 bucks. The room and washroom were full of foul odour, there was no cleanliness or maintenance of any sort. The bedsheet, towel and the blanket too were very dirty and full of smell. The geyser wasn't working as expected. There is no lift in the building, room had mosquitoes, cockroaches and lizards. I felt scammed. Booking.com should delist such properties. The only good thing about this hotel is its location (walking distance from LGBI Airport)

"It was a very disappointing experience for me"

It was one of the worst experiences I ever had, the boy at the reception himself was behaving so weird, no elevator facilities or so, you have to manually take your luggage upstairs. I got a room which wasn’t looking like cleaned. The bed spread and mattress were having stains visible. Even the bed head board itself was dirty with black dots. There wasn’t WiFi available even, no intercom as well in case of any assistance needed. If you are looking for a hotel experience with the family, better not to go for it.
