FabHotel Knight Airways - Nr Guwahati Airport

Fab franchisee is very bad. The staff / customer care provided after taking advance payment talk vigorously. Since no any hotel owner take fab franchisee.

Room quality was poor, no dining, had to carry luggage up to 4th floor, no AC, neither any ventilation etc.

This is the last time I will stay in a FabHotel. After online booking, I got a message asking I pay INR 641 to secure the booking, since there was a lot of demand. I did. When I was checking in, the person at the desk showed me a digital info that I had paid INR 541. I had to show him my G-pay transaction to provide evidence that I had paid 641 not 541 as per FabHotel's records. He tried to correct it in his system but it did not work. Although 100 is a small amount, this is nothing less than deception and thievery. In addition, I found a live cockcroach on the bed. Room okayish, AC works but bathroom poorly maintained.
