Easy to find. Good location with plenty of free parking. Room was clean and spacious. Fluffy, clean towels.

Pillows were too hard. Room was very hot despite it being windy and cool outside. A fan in the room would have been appreciated. Tried to sleep with the window open but the traffic noise from the A55 could be heard. Didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive in my opinion.

Breakfast fine. Booked treatment that was good and pool.facility good.

Seems like a lot of local events take place and bar facility gets very packed.

Charge for check-in one hour earlier. Breakfast requests filled in the night before. Not sure why one breakfast was wrong if they had the information. Had to ask for cereal bowls. No English breakfast tea, had the Earl Grey as didn't want to ask again.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. There was a door banging constantly all evening. I did call reception and they somehow stopped it

No air con in room and would always like a fridge in room for cold drinks. Also we had a meal about 3.30 and with the restaurant shuting at 5pm on Sunday we were hungry later and miles away from walking to nearest shops.

It was the only place we could find in Rhuallt. It was safe and clean and just about covers the basics. Food was OK. The staff we met were nice enough.

Being asked to pay an extra £12.50 for the pool so we didn't use it. Looking back that was in the booking email but it's still very surprising. I have never encountered that before. The whole place is basically devoid of taste/ character. It's a modern box. Dance music reverberating up through the floor from the bar/dining room at 06:30. Why on earth?!
