This hotel is not that new but the facilities are okay, clean and well-maintained. The view at the alfresco deck/resto is so relaxing. The Officer-in-Charge gave us an hour extension for check-out when we encountered problem with our room AC, but everything works well. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Even after our check-out we stayed at their restaurant and ate lunch. Their Ala carte food are great and I bet their samgyup also since there are lots of people eating during lunch time for the samgyup. Even if you don't check-in at the hotel, this is a nice spot for afternoon tambay since the alfresco rest is so windy and cold.

Location is very accessible from the center, nearby food establishments and the hotel has their own restaurants. Room is complete with basic toiletries and amenities. Staffs are very accommodating and pleasing, kind enough to agree for a small surprised for my father's birthday. Elevator is available going to rooms and pool view is fascinating.

The customer experience was below par. We used to choose this hotel when we go to tagaytay. I’m accompanied by seniors. From their last stay with the hotel, they arrived early and was given complimentary early checkin before 12. Of course, given their age, this was considered esp when the hotel was not busy. In our recent stay, this request was not considered. Part of a hotel stay is delighting customers, we clearly were not delighted. I booked a 3 bed room. The room they gave us was at the farthest corner of the floor and there were unused beds stacked up in the walkway. 2 housekeeping carts were also in the walkway which gave us a feel that we were in a bodega. When we came in the room, the tv was on and it was noisy showing a noontime show. It seems someone was watching before we got in. There was a cockroach on the floor as well near the bed and cr. I asked the night front desk if I can use the pool before 8am. It was a flat no with the reasoning that it will be cleaned. Come 8am, I took a dip and saw the pool was dirty. A lot of moths and fly swimming with twigs and leaves still there. The front desk should be there to make things happen for the guests and of course, tell the truth why facilities cannot be used at a certain time. Now lets go to breakfast. One of the guests was looking forward to enjoy brewed coffee knowing the room only has 3-in-1. To our disappointment, there was no brewed coffee to be found. The excuse was the order was still on its way. Tagaytay has overflowing with coffee beans and it’s easy to purchase a bag or 2 to not compromise the customer experience. Again this is a thumbs down. We ordered tapa for food. We only managed to eat 1/2 of the servings since the other half was fat. We were ok to settle with ala carte even though we stayed in properties which offered excellent buffet breakfast. But for an alacarte serving with limited options, this is not acceptable.
