Front desk staff were very professional with their treatment of customers. I was impressed by the immediate response and resolution to my room concern.

The towels provided in the room is not as good as you might expect from a 3 star hotel. They look untidy and some even have stains.

Location and view is great!

The rooms are not maintained and the AC was not cooling properly. Pillow was so thin and the bed felt uncomfortable. Bath towel are more near to be discarded.

Staff were polite , friendly and very engaging

I inadvertently left a music speaker in the room. Asked the hotel if they could forward it to an address in Manila. I explained that I would pay the cost. Despite two requests the hotel has ignored me. It’s situations like this that show the true level of customer service and culture . Tagaytay Hotel SixB you failed.
