Only view with taal lake

The room does not have window. Staff were not really helpful. They asked to provide deposit which was not included in the booking information. Room is not clean, too noisy woth staff and other guests' speaking.

Location is great. Free breakfast. Good view. Service staffs are nice.

Musty rooms. Shared balconies. Pillows are too soft. Room service has to be requested instead of being part of the service. Towels were washed but not replenished. Breakfast is always the same.
