The staff were nice.

The bed was too soft, no amenities in washroom (no soap etc.) no coffee in the coffee shop, and restaurant menu limited. Food was mediocre.

The room has a nice view of the Taal. Location-wise, the hotel is accesible and nearby stores.

The restroom does not meet my expectation for a hotel restroom. The pool is too small for my liking and has water dirt marks on the tiles.
