"Nicely set right on the beach (except the rooms), great host, beautiful beach, and restaurant"

The restaurant, right on the beachfront is beautiful , good food and reasonably priced, in a surrounding where prices are getting out of control partly. Rooms are spacious, clean and fully equipped, but almost all of them are in the back. The beach and surrounding bars and restaurants are truly beautiful, and the Ukrainian host is very friendly.

Except one, all rooms are squeezed into the backside of the narrow premises, where the garden view means - mainly a wall opposite.

Location was very nice! Local workers were friendly like always.

The owners barely greeted us. This place is only for Russian people. I can't recommend..

"Nice beach location"

Pretty nice and convenient location right on the beach. The price was very competitive and you get a good beach , AC and breakfast for a small price.

The owner was a little distant and we did not feel particularly welcome. The rooms are a little outdated and there was some mold, but it was ok for us due to the low price.

Location was good, at the beach, a bit off the busiest area. Nice terrace and outside area, staff was nice. Affordable price.

The room was not so cozy, and the wifi was bad.

- Russian owners would completely ignore us, laying about the property as if it’s their home - we felt very unwelcome. The Sri Lankan staff however were quite friendly - one of the days we were woken up at 7:30am by thumping music coming from the restaurant area

"Great location directly on beach at a good price"

The location is ideal - direct access to the beach and the sound of the waves was wonderful. Although you cannot swim directly in front of the hotel, it is only a short walk up the beach to get to a good swimming location. The bungalow was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water.
