They're scammers. After I booked, they called me the next day and gave me a different hotel address. Upon arrival, I discovered it was a completely different hotel. As per my requirements before booking, I looked for a hotel with parking, and this hotel appeared on Booking.com as having free parking. To my surprise, it was another lie to lure visitors, and I was charged an extra 150 NIS for parking. Even after I paid, they didn't give me a receipt, despite my request for one.

את המיקום שזה קרוב להכול בתל אביב

המקרר לא עובד החדר מלוכלך אין שירות ואף אחד בקבלה לא קיבלנו מגבות ואנחנו שלושה ימים שם אין מזוזה בכניסה לחדרים לא מנקים את החדרים אין שירות חדרים המזגן כשהגעתי לא עבד המרפסת מלוכלכת ומלאה בזבל וחפצים
