I only book one room but charged for 2. This hotel was the worse

Nothing to like, No internet no tv no reception no staff . Booking.com will loose credibility by false advertising and false photos

This hotel was the worse hotel, that I have ever seen. No staff at reception and pictures you advertised for this hotel is false advertising.

No internet where they gave me room. No TV no internet not even a bottle of water. Not being able to order food. The pictures you have on booking is 100 false. I feel I was cheated. The only way you can internet is come down from second floor to lobby area. Now I’m seating by the hotel entrance to send this email.

لم يعجبني شيء بالصور هناك نوع من الخداع عند طلب الغرفه الغرفه نفسها صغيره سريرها صغير بالموقع مكتوب انه يوجد موقف للسياره تفأجانا انه لا يوجد ولم يردوا على الهاتف عند السؤال عن ذلك و بالمقابل في الصباح وجدت مخالفة سير على السياره لم يعجبني نهاءيا شيئ مقرف
