INAlacarte breakfast was ok… This hotel needs renovation… AC was switched off at nyt by the hotel staff due to KSEB power failure..and there was no one to address our concerns..
Mainly a local bar. Inside which gets crowded in the evenings. not suitable for families.. arrogant staff ( no communication skills) Stinky rooms. They serve only premium alcohols for room service.
INThe property is new and the facilities are good. The breakfast was good even though it was limited.
The room tariff mentioned in the booking.com is not accepted by the hotel manager. At the time of checking out he forcefully collected Rs. 750/- extra saying that it is the hotel rule. Our arguments were rejected and he challenged us to do whatever you can! The same trick is repeated to another north indian family, but they refused to pay and left. Not a good property for family stay, unless you have to fight with goons and to leave the hotel with a heavy heart.
