The Blue Haze Weligama

Everything was perfect! The rooms are big, the family is the sweetest ever, in we could give our clothes there for washing and the breakfast was everyday sooo good! Ishan and his family helped us with everything, we were very thankful for that. Thank you again!

Nice bathroom with well working shower. A very comfortable bed with a perfect moskito net. Very warm and welcoming host, wich offers help and a very good lokal breakfast with more than you need.

We would have been glad the breakfast time was beginning more early ( normaly was from 8.30 to 9.30 am )

The blue Haze Weligama was a pleasure! The staff is very polite, helpful and service minded! We felt like home! We stayed at blue haze for two nights, the room was clean and big with nice and comfortable bed! The location is good, nice and quiet. About 10 minutes walk to the closest beach, Jungle beach! There is cute restaurants on the way and friendly people. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have got since we got to Sri Lanka (look at the pictures) we do really recommend the blue haze! We should definitely go back here 😃

Everything was great about this place. From the room, the people to the food (breakfast was amazing!). The owner and his parents who run the place were super lovely! We would definitely come back one day!

The accomodation in the room was good, but there wasnt a lot. Its a big room of which half is empty. But the bed and bathroom were perfect!

Great rate for price and quality. Nice room with balcony, perfect check-in with local welcome drink and lovely breakfast. You could feel yourself as a part of this family. Beach nearby, even as the surf school. Great location!

In the room was a bit warmer, because there is haven't air conditioning. But it was on description, so it wasn't surprise for us.

Everything was very good. the owner is the nicest we have met in srilanka. and everyone who works there is very helpful. they helped us with everything we needed. the rooms were very fresh and the breakfast was the best. you get different choices and everything tastes good. we highly recommend this place and we will be back soon! The Blue Haze is a lovely, clean and affordable option in Weligama, with large spacious rooms and good WIFI. The property is secure, the rooms are spacious, and the staff (or host family) are some of the most honest, genuine and humble people I've met in Sri Lanka. They will go out of their way to ensure you have the most pleasant stay, ensuring the property and your luggage are safe at all times. Breakfast at the Blue Haze is the highlight of my day; you certainly won't go hungry or be disappointed. If you're looking for a place where you can relax, recharge and rest after a long day on the beach, I would highly recommend the Blue Haze.

No bad things to report

We've stayed at this guesthouse several times, and we're always impressed by the graciousness of the hosts. The room is clean and spacious, with balcony, fan, hot water. Good location: 7 minute to the secret beach. The bed is comfortable, two pillows. Breakfast is amazing and healthy. No air-conditioning, but hope air-conditioner will be installed soon.

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Haze Hotel. The hotel is located in the "bedroom community" of Welighama. If you want to surf, be sure to take a bike, as it's a long way from the surf beach. We had the chance to live all alone in the hotel, like in a castle! The owners of the hotel are very polite, caring, kind. In the room was very clean. we lived in the very large room, we liked it very much. We would like to wish you to get in hotel rooms a small refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, and air conditioner, thats why more people would like to stay here. It would be nice to have a cooler with drinking water in the Hotel Hall, and keep a some bottle and glasses in the rooms. In addition, we want to highlight the security of the hotel: there are video cameras all around the perimeter and the owners are always watching the entrance. We felt completely safe, it is very important in Sri Lanka. In general, we are very grateful for the warm welcome, good food, safety and comfortable stay!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I liked everything very much. The rooms are spacious. Local breakfast included. The owner of the hotel talks about local dishes and culture, very interesting. While we were staying at the hotel, we seemed to be in a local, Sri Lankan family. Where love and care reign. We really enjoyed!
