"Disappointed"

The location is great, right in the sunset side of Zip.

No services whatsoever. No coffee, no beverages, no ice, nada. Also our WC had no seat, screens were torn, Wi-Fi didn’t work, we had to drag our chair cushions out ourselves and we stayed over a weekend and were kept awake by a car rally in the field behind the property. Extremely loud, bass driven thump till 4AM HORRiBLE. The owner was in residence and was rude and unresponsive to our concerns. I would not recommend this property for these reasons.

"Calm coastal chic with a focus on the water!"

Gorgeous costal calm design with amazing view right on the water (loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves). Staff was friendly and relaxed, but always helpful if we needed anything!

Not having a fridge in the room was tough given how hot it was (drinks would be hot by the time we got them back to the room). The location means a 20 minute walk into town, but much closer to Playa del Amor… knowing what we know now we’d probably stay closer in

Really close to Playa de Amor, really close to main road. Very nice ppl they helped us with any questions we had even let us borrow their scooter for an emergency.

Beach Views, size of rooms was great, pool was refreshing, owner was very attentive.

"I wouldn’t stay here again"

it was close to the beach

they did not allow visitors to my room. There was an additional charge for some soiled linen that could have easily been cleaned. Overall maintenance was not great. There were few services in the hotel. Bar and restaurant were only open on the weekends.

The location is perfect, the view is amazing. The architecture is beautiful, it has a nice pool. And the staff were very friendly. There seems to be an unspoken rule that this hotel is for posh, gay, male couples, so I didn't quite fit in lol. But I really enjoyed the vibe!

I had the smallest room in the hotel (the rooms are not all made equal), so my experience may not be applicable to all rooms. But I found that the room was extremely basic and small considering the high price.
