Bedbugs! There were bedbugs on the matress. Didn't stay there. Staff didn't even say sorry! They would not refund my money!

Quiet and clean. The front office closes at night but is reaching with contact in their door. At the back of main commercial area, it’s quiet, relaxing with seagulls frequently flying over. Uber is very limited in the area; local taxis are fast in response.

Broken glass, mold in bathroom, no AC backed into a busy road.

It was very noisy from street traffic.

It definitely was not what I was expecting. Had issues with the room and cleanliness. Liked the location.

See above. And there was no air conditioning. Had 1 oscillating fan that had lots of dust on it.

It was clean

The place is literally falling apart from the bathroom fixtures to the television. Fridge buzzing. Can hear people walking overhead. Laundry room next door sounds as well, plus people including employees walking by talking loudly early in the morning. People working on cars in the parking lot at 8am. Ice machine across the street. No employees on premises at night. No food available for breakfast or in vending machines.

Very clean accommodations. Air conditioning did not work, unfortunately. I think there should be a notice on the website that reception office is not open at night, and when it is not access to key is via a lock box.

The reception was lovely and courteous. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. It's an older property but clearly well cared for and a great location.

Location was perfect. We were catching an early ferry next morning. Loved the view of the harbor from our room. Staff at check was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
