This is a type of hotel that is typical for a small fishing town that Anacortes ultimately is. It's not fancy, it's not modern, but it's clean. And that's all you really need for a hotel like this. The bonus star from three to four stars is how helpful the check-in staff and ownership is. I arrived unexpectedly, well after their office closed, and not 10 minutes after I booked on Expedia. I called the manager and I was in my room 3 minutes later. I've stayed in in $500 a night, five star hotels who had far worse service.

Got our 2 rooms late in the day. Friendly check-in. A nice older establishment at a long established resort town on the Washington coast. Very close to lots of eating and shopping. Would stay again.

Nothing did not make the trip. Due to making a mistake on my dates. Not happy with no refunds whatsoever.

Old motel but clean. No lobby or any amenities. They did sent me a digital check in wanting photos of my Drivers license and credit card. Since I already paid through Hotels.com this was a big red flag and I will let them know before I leave.

Very close to everything, right downtown so within walking distance to all places. Easy to use, friendly staff and guests, with a bit of view through the trees on the second floor. Very quiet at night and exceptionally clean.
