The location was convenient

For starters, FabHotels or King Suites marked the review as exceptional which is FALSE. The stay was awful. The property is filthy and dirty. The door lock to my room did not work so all my things were left unsafe. Horrible HORRIBLE PLACE. Bed sheets and curtains had holes and stains. The bathroom was disgusting and filthy with a horrible smell. The room was not cleaned even once.
