"I didn’t stay there seeing hotel in person. Worst hotel to stay"

This is the worst place I have booked for stay. I didn’t like anything and I didn’t stay there

At first wrong address were shared to me. When I called helpdesk to clarify, call was directed to hotel. For my surprise call was picked by a guest at hotel. I reached hotel and saw no one in reception. I had to call to help desk again to attend me at reception. The room was not good. Every picture and reviews in site is fake. Before the stay, I was informed to pay 30% amount and I paid it. And I have not stayed too.
