Hakata Lejja near Natural Hot spring

We had a wonderful stay at Hakata. The room facilities were very good. The dinner and breakfast were also really good. Staff was so kind and welcoming.

They should clean the plastic trash surrounding the building.

We had an amazing stay here. We were upgraded upon arrival and served dinner, freeing of charge. The receptionists were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous!!! Clean, so comfortable, everything is new. The staff are amazing. Dinner and breakfast were included. We got treated like royalty. They even gave our driver a free room and also dinner and breakfast. The hotel shuttle also drove us to the hot springs for free!! 10 out of 10 for everything!! Thank you Hakata!!!!! We had a fantastic stay!

Loved everything!

Everything, the hotel is beautiful, the nature is wonderful and the staff is great. We had nice trips together, brought me to the hot springs, to lake Tempe. In the afternoon playing basketball with the kids. Radna and staff did everything to make my stay the best!!

Very friendly personel. They brought us with the free shuttle service to nearby hot spring which is really nice, big and really hot. 'In the evening we were surprised with a buffet with real tasty traditional Indonesian food. The breakfast was good as well. In the evening we played soccer with some of the staff members and their children and had some great fun. For us it was a perfect stop on our way from Rantepoa in Tana Toraja region to Bira on the South Coast.

The surroundings are gorgeous, the bed was really comfortable, the sheets were nice and soft. It was spotless and the balcony overlooked the plains, with a view of the mountains. The accommodation provided both breakfast and dinner and both were buffet style. There was a nice balance between vegetables, meat, and carbohydrates. Fruit was also provided, which was a really nice bonus.

The WiFi there is really unreliable and our Telkomsel phone number had no reception.

The employees of the hotel didn’t speak English well, but one lady did. She really tried her best to help us. They were very friendly and helpful.

The owner of the hotel organised a car with driver to bring us to our next stop. The guy seemed really nice. Half way we invited him for lunch. During our stop he went back to the car and came back two minutes later. Once we drove off again, I noticed that we headphones were gone. I started looking for them but couldn’t find them. With apple u can play a noise, so it’s easier to find your AirPods. When the noise was playing it turned out that the driver had them in his pockets! He started to sweat and told me I left them in the toilet. Which wasn’t true, as I left them in my bag in the car. When I checked my wallet, I noticed that he also stole 900.000 IDR. This wasn’t a nice experience at all. Very disappointing. But I don’t think the lady of the hotel can do something about that. Just be careful with the driver please!

Very comfortable stay at Hakata. I was upgraded to a suite, 2, when I arrived, which was very nice. Devi nice young lady at reception was very helpful, not much English, but we google translated. Big room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom. Hot water comes through shower after about a minute. Good aircon. Balcony looks out to countryside, average view. I had lunch and dinner and Devi prepared meals. Very nice and good value. Breakfast was on second floor. Plenty of choices. Wifi wasn't strong, but under router 1 it worked sufficiently enough for me to get emails. Parking onsite for my car. Very quiet as location is rural. Very good road to get there. Overall comfortable relaxing stay.

We happened to be the only guests in the hotel, and they offered us a free upgrade to the suite. Beautiful room and views at the surrounding mountains. For dinner they organized a private table outside in front of the hotel with delicious food and music in the background. Very romantic setting under the stars, accompanied by the sounds of the forrest. Super friendly staff. Two cyclists from the Netherlands.
