Very wellcoming host and staff I was upgraded to a room with balcony and beautiful views over the forest and valley They also took care of my driver and gave him a nice room. I particularly enjoyed the dinner in the garden and breakfast on the panorama terrace

It is a very modern hotel located in a beautiful mountenous area. Ideal for a walk. Also you can go easy to the hot springs. The hotel offers free transfer. The room was well decorated and the bed was very comfortabel. Hot shower. Very nice balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Also it was very quiet to sleep during the night. We slept like a baby 😊 Staff was very nice and friendly!

Fantastic location amidst lush tropical forest, very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious.

The staff is very nice and welcoming, they made all the possible to make us feeling comfortable and we stayed in touch for all the time necessary to reach the hotel. They arranged the driver also from the airport. In the structure there’s Wi-Fi too. The view from the breakfast room is AMAZING

The hotel looks luxerous and the hosts are very friendly. The rooms have AC which is nice. The view from the restaurant is great and the food is lovely.

Although the hotel looks luxerous, it feels a bit bad maintained. The shower smelled humid and the towels and sheets had stains. They were clean but didn't look clean. There were also some little dead flies in the bed. We do understand that this is hard to prevent because of the environment and I am sure other places are probably worse. After all I do recommend staying here, but with some little maintenance this place would be perfect.
