The Bay Hotel

What an unbelievable hotel, the location is perfect to walk straight on to the beach, the hotel itself is beautiful, the room was great with a sea view. The pools were all lovely. Breakfast was brilliant and cooked to order. The staff were all so nice and attentive and made us feel so welcome. Especially Solomon who took great care of our group around the pool, nothing was too much. We will definitely be back next year for the marathon week

We had an absolutely unbelievable stay at The Bay Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Rosemary, the manager, who very kindly upgraded us to a sea-view room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. When we shared the news of our engagement during our trip to South Africa, she also arranged for champagne and chocolates to be sent to our room, which was a lovely surprise and a really special touch. The location of the hotel is incredible. Situated directly opposite the beach in Camps Bay, the views are simply stunning. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a relaxed, luxurious atmosphere. Breakfast was included in our stay and was always enjoyable, with plenty of options to start the day. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of many fantastic bars, restaurants, and cafés, making it the perfect base for exploring Camps Bay. Our room was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay, and we particularly appreciated the evening turndown service. On colder nights, the housekeeping team placed hot water bottles in the bed while we were out, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and the attention to detail from the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We are already looking forward to returning and would not hesitate to stay at The Bay Hotel again.
